Do I need an account with you before I place my order?

No, you can order as little or as much as you like.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Yes, we are able to deliver to Europe and the USA.  See our Delivery page for current shipping charges.  If you want to enquire about prices of shippping outside the UK, please contact us and we'd be more than happy to quote a price for postage and delivery.

What if I want to return a product?

Returns are straight forward.  You would need to return any unwanted products to: RETURNS, Beanstalk Toys, Suite 48, Evans Business Centre, Burley Road, LEEDS, LS4 2PU.  Once the product is returned, a partial or full refund would be arranged.  Find out more about our Returns Policy here.

How can I be sure that it is safe to make a payment on your website?

We accept payment via Google Checkout and PayPal, which are recognised as safe, secure and fast methods of payment.  All major credit cards are accepted too and even if you you don't have a Paypal account, you can still make a safe transaction using your debit it credit card.

What if my order doesn't arrive?

We are delighted that virtually all our orders arrive at the final destination on time and in excellent condition.  Occasionally, due to factors outside our control, parcels get lost in the post.  All our packages are insured and our larger parcels which are shipped via a courier will have a unique tracking number to enable us to trace it.  Please contact us to let us know that your parcel hasn't arrived and we will endeavor to respond quickly to your enquiry and attempt to track it. Beanstalk will arrange either a full refund or a product replacement. 

Are educational groups entitled to discounts?

Yes, all schools, nursery's, hospitals and childrens play centres are eligible for an all year round discount of  either 5% or 10% depending on the method of payment. When purchasing online, simply add the products you would like to your shopping basket.  At the checkout, enter the discount code SCHOOL to see your 5% discount instantly deducted.  Alternatively, you can complete our paper based order form and manually deduct 10% discount. You can also, telephone or email us at: admin@beanstalktoys.co.uk and telling us your requirements.  We will then create a PDF Invoice and have it sent it as an e-mail attachment to your establishment to be paid by BAC's.  If you prefer, you can also send your order in the post to us at the address below. How can we benefit from the Leeds Schools & Nursery Partnership?

Not only do all schools and nursery's receive 10% off the listed prices, but you can also benefit from cashback to spend when your personal contacts purchase from us. You will be provided with a Unique Reference Number (URN) which will be linked to your organisation.  When your 'contacts' purchase goods (either online or on our order form) and state the URN, you will accumulate credit for your School or Nursery to spend on resources.

If you want to pay using Paypal or Google checkout, simply add the product(s) to your shopping basket. When you have completed your purchases, click on ‘Go to Checkout’. After checking the items and quantities in your shopping basket, click on ‘Checkout with Paypal’ or 'Google Checkout', where you will be redirected to a make a secure payment. Your goods will be dispatched within 1 working day.
